Who this agreement is for
The Data Processing Agreement applies when CITS processes personal data on behalf of an organization, such as NHS Trusts, HSE services, universities and health systems. CITS agrees it with the organization during contracting and onboarding.
Individual clinicians
You do not need to sign or acknowledge the DPA to create an account or enroll in AMPS. At checkout you accept the Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
